Publication Guidelines
Prospective authors are invited to submit original papers not being considered for publishing elsewhere describing new theoretical and/or experimental research. Submissions will be judged on the 10 criteria mentioned in the 6th step below.
Steps for Submitting and Publishing Research Paper
1. Manuscript Preparation
The research paper should be structured into standard academic sections, such as the abstract, introduction, literature review or related work, research methodology, results, discussion, conclusion, and references. The document must be formatted strictly according to the journal’s official formatting guidelines, which can be reviewed through a provided sample document.
2. Submission Process
An online submission form must be completed to upload the research paper. Upon successful submission, an acknowledgment email is automatically sent to the corresponding author.
3. Editorial Review
An editorial board member conducts an initial screening of the manuscript. This includes verifying alignment with the journal’s scope, policies, and formatting standards. Only submissions meeting these criteria are forwarded for peer review.
4. Peer Review Procedure
The paper is sent to a qualified reviewer for double-blind peer review. The reviewer evaluates the submission anonymously, based on a standard evaluation framework.
5. Evaluation Criteria
Each manuscript is reviewed and scored (out of 10 points) across the following ten criteria:
- Relevance of Title and Content
- Scholarly Quality
- Article Continuity
- Theoretical Framework
- Originality and Novelty
- Technical Accuracy
- Conceptual Clarity and Illustrations
- Depth of Critical Analysis
- Quality and Relevance of References
- Clarity of Conclusions
6. Review Decision and Notification
The first author receives an official review report via email. This includes:
- The evaluation scores for each criterion
- Reviewer comments (if applicable)
Final decision: Accepted or Rejected
7. Post-Acceptance Formalities
Upon acceptance:
- The author must pay the applicable publication fee.
- Proof of payment (photo or screenshot) is to be submitted.
- Two forms are required: a Copyright Permission Form and an Undertaking Form.
These forms must be completed using PDF editing software, saved, and submitted along with payment proof.
8. Final Verification and Publication
Once the payment and documents are verified:
- The research paper is published within 1–2 working days.
- A digital publication certificate (e-certificate) is issued to all listed authors.
- The certificate and publish notification are emailed to the corresponding author.
Authors can also download the certificate from the journal’s Track Status page.
